Mix and Match

Mixing old with the new. The dress is off the sale rack at Old Navy. I have on ssecond hand earrings that my sister gave me! The same reappering gladiator sandals. With such hot weather you can not wear that many layers like I love.

Short and Flirty

This was a cute dress that was in the mens sections of goodwill! I was walking by and so happened to see it and loved it as soon as I tried it on. The dress was $4.50 and I paired it with some gladiator sandals that I already have. The weather was hot and I wanted to keep it light.

Vacation bound!!

This jumper was a Wal-Mart find! The jumper was on sale for $5.00 almost as good as finding it a thrift shop. My sneakers were 2.99 from Rugged Warehouse. My jacket is from the Gap! One of my favorite stores. I bought this jacket almost five years ago when I was working in New York City and I still love it!

Back to the Future

I love my baseball looking shirt. It is a Goodwill find! The skirt is a 80's vintage look. I went DIY, cut it and folded the edges for a different type flair. The skirt was 3.75 from Goodwill as well as the shirt. I love my Keds. Keds are always cute and not too bulky for a jazzy outfit. The entire outfit is slightly a throwback and I love it!

Back to School

I went for the layered look today. I love layers and I fell in love with this striped shirt as soon as I saw it on the Goodwill rack. The red shirt underneath is also a Goodwill find! Both shirts were $3.75. The shorts were once capris. I went DIY and cut them to a desired style. I love my old moccasins... I wear them all the time with almost anything. You can't go wrong with a durable pair of moccasins :)

Light and Breezy

After having to wear my Food Lion uniform almost everyday it feels good to be able to wear what I want. I wanted to wear something light that would not draw to much heat in the 90 degree weather we have been having. My lime green shirt is Ann Taylor Loft, I got it from Goodwill for $3.75. My white long shorts are Ralph Lauren. I think the cashier made a mistake when labeling the price because they were $1.00. I bought my sandals over a year ago. I love the fringes. I got them from a store called Rugged Warehouse, they were $3.00.

GAP home made shorts! I love to be innovative and when my clothes start looking a little worn, I go DIY and make it look natural. I made the cuts and slits in my pants for the distressed look many designers are going for. My shirt was $1 from a thrift shop. I love ruffles and this shirt has the right amount! My sandals were $3 from Dollar General :) It's okay to be cheap as long as it still looks cute!

I love my Ann Taylor shirt that I purchased from Goodwill. The khaki shorts are also from Goodwill! My necklace is from five years ago... I bought it on sale at Goody's, a small store that sold a variety of items. I love great finds like my canvas shoes I purchased when I was in London. They were five pounds.

Vintage Burberry button down, $1.99 at a thrift shop! I almost died when I saw the bargain. The pants are GAP... I got these from the same thrift shop for $2.99. My shoulder bag is reoccurring I love it!! The purse is worth $200 in stores, but I bought it for a staggering $3.99. My gladiator sandals are from two years ago from Forever 21 for $10. Simplistic yet stylish is always my thing.

I was skeptical looking for a beautiful dress for a banquet at a second hand shop. I gave it a shot, and to my surprise I found a frock for $5.00. I wore my own jewelry so my total look for the banquet was $5.00!!

Abercrombie boycut shorts and a Ralph Lauren Polo button down. This is a very relaxed look that I go for on chill days.

The top is an Urban Outfitters piece, the shorts are Calvin Klein, and my shoes are vintage moccasins from four years ago. The bag is Old Navy and the sweater was $1.00 from Rugged Warehouse.

I love to shop and finding deals makes me so excited! It is a rush to go into a thrift shop and find deals such as Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, and Lacoste.
